Ben (as you can tell, I'm out of nick names for you),
I still can’t believe I had a chance to see Rome this past weekend! It is all a bit surreal. Now back to the daily grind :) only here it doesn’t feel like a grind at all. Today I am headed into London to visit the CareerBuilder office. It is a lot larger than I expected, and everyone is super nice. After a lunch with the team, I head back to Windsor to get some work done. Now it is dinner time, and believe it or not there is a Mexican restaurant in town and Matt and I decide to try it. We order Chips and Queso to start with, then I had a chimichanga and Matt had beef tacos with rice and beans. To top it off, we finished with some sopapillas. I didn’t quite hold up to good ole Tex Mex… especially since it was served by a team of Australians… but it was good enough!

OMG! I am sooo beyond jealous right now! How beautiful! If I were you, screw TX, I'd move there! How are the people? Nice? The food looks like it's to die for! I know in your email you said you haven't updated your blog but you need to - I love the pictures! Have fun you two!
